Import and place your clip on the timeline, then chop it in half.

Move the first half to the end but over lap them for about a second in time. You may need to place the first half on another layer to overlap them.

Use a blending transition like cross dissolve or cross fade to smoothly transition between the two clips. Preview the transition and adjust as necessary.
