Kedar is a world of dragons, demons, and monsters. These dark creatures constantly war for control of the land, leaving the few human kingdoms in the shadow of a dark and powerful force. But now, the kingdoms of man are fighting back, slowly assembling an army to reclaim their world.

You are Dopine, a female human-rakshasa ranger in the town of Caldion. You grew up in the nearby mountains and have always been a tracker, hunter, and protector. You've always been fascinated with the natural world around you and you've always had a deep connection with the spirits of the forest. You were chosen to be a ranger after going through special training and it was the job you've always wanted.

You're a little hungry.
You sit at a table near the bar, lit candles flickering in the wind of your open window.

You look at other people.

A young blonde knight sits alone in the corner. He wears a steel suit of full platemail, with a red cloak slung over the top. His sword rests alongside his seat on the floor.

You look at your table in front o fme.

At the table sits a beautiful princess, with long blonde hair and a perfect face. She's dressed in fine silk clothing, and her eyes display an intelligence beyond her sixteen years.

You grab cup and throw at the beatiful princess.

You grab a large wooden cup and hurl it towards the princess. It crashes into her back, and she falls off of her chair.

You laugh.

The princess stands back up, rubbing her back.
"I think we should go on an adventure, don't you?" she asks.
"Yes... I believe we should," you nod.
