Leih'li Tulsei was born and raised in Garlemald, the youngest child of a family who had long served the Empire as miners on the Juturna Platform G. As a child, Leih'li would often accompany his parents to the platform and watch in fascination as they extracted ceruleum from the depths of the earth.

Leih'li now travels the realm with his troupe of performers, sharing his talent and his message of hope and freedom with all who will listen.
